Sheng Zeng - Founder and CEO
Originally from China, Sheng Zeng has been in the US since 2010, bringing a passion for New York real estate. He holds degrees in International Business from Long Island University and Real Estate Development from NYU. With over 10 years of experience, Sheng has managed high-end projects across New York. Before founding CRE8, he honed his skills at T.Z. Real Estate Development, completing luxury residential and storm recovery projects. His expertise includes acquisition, real estate finance, asset management, and development. At CRE8, Sheng focuses on ESG-led projects, using technology and big data for sustainable, profitable practices, and brings a global perspective from his experience in the US and China.
Wayne Sun - Co-Founder and COO
Wayne Sun, a founding member of CRE8, holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University. His experiences in Australia, Europe, New York, and China shape his global perspective. Wayne oversees CRE8's capital market activities, financing, portfolio management, and investor relations. With over a decade in New York real estate and international markets, his insights are vital for CRE8’s growth. As former Vice President at Cranbourne East Real Estate Development and Deputy Chairman of the Youth Committee of the Chinese Entrepreneurs Federation of New York, he mentors young Asians, enhancing cross-cultural business interactions.
Jason Burger - Director of Acquisition
Jason Burger is CRE8's Director of Acquisition, with over five years of experience in New York real estate investment and development. Before joining CRE8, he refined his skills at Highgate Hotels and as Director of Acquisition at REDA Group LTD, enhancing his knowledge from a Bachelor’s in Mathematics and Economics from Cornell University and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from New York University. His background includes internships at prominent firms like SL Green and Silverstein Properties.
Vivian Zeng - Accounting
Vivian Zeng serves as the Accountant for CRE8 Group, bringing over seven years of accounting experience in New York. She is responsible for managing the company's financial reporting and taxation. Vivian holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Baruch College. Prior to joining CRE8, she refined her expertise in similar accounting roles at various companies, developing the skills she now applies to manage CRE8’s financial operations effectively.
Amy Wang - Financial Analyst
Amy Wang is the Financial Analyst at CRE8, specializing in financial analysis and property management. With over three years in New York real estate investment and development, she brings a deep understanding of market dynamics. Holding a bachelor's degree in finance from Hofstra University and a master's in Real Estate from New York University, Amy expertly navigates financial trends to maintain and enhance the value of CRE8’s properties in the dynamic New York market.
