Areas with a population density of over 70,000 within 3 miles or over 100,000 within a 5-mile radius
Average household incomes above $70,000 within a 5-mile radius
Great school districts and strong population inflows

Strong visibility and superior ingress/egress
Functional site plans and high vehicle traffic counts
Value add opportunities
Deal Size
We seek acquisitions in the range of $5,000,000 to $50,000,000.
Tenants Preference
